Our Approach
The biggest team begins and ends with just one person, whether that’s the most experienced leader or the rawest rookie. So before we turn a group of competitive ‘individuals’ into a force of cooperative ‘team players’, we have to unlock the potential of each and every person.
To what extent does your team currently…
- Have shared behaviours and a team trademark by which open dialogue and feedback is a source of strength?
- Have the ability to develop high levels of mutual trust and team spirit and to successfully resolve conflict?
- Have the leadership to provide the team with direction and support and to challenge and empower others to do the same
- Perform resiliently in critical moments, recover from disappointment, take risks and endure difficult climates?
- Have a clear pathway to develop themselves to attain ever higher levels of performance for the organisation?
4th Dimension brings together our combined experience working in sport and industry to deliver our Elite Performing Team (EPT) programme.
We believe in creating sustainable and measurable behavioural change in teams and individuals. The approach is intensive, challenging and down to earth. Our performance programmes are firmly rooted in our experience taken from professional sport and the business world, converting it straight to tangible and practical use in the workplace.
We draw upon real-life experience along with the best-practice theory to stretch business and sports people to achieve even higher performance.
The program often consists of
- A diagnostic that will identify the steps required to develop your team
- A report for your management to consider identifying the likely payback to the business
- A structured programme that is costed and tailored to meet your needs. This will usually take place over a time period of three to nine months
- Ongoing support with organisational changes to ensure the benefits hit the bottom line
