Mark Soden joins 4th Dimension

Mark will head up the newly launched Performance Coaching service.

Mark Soden is a performance coach specialising in leadership, team and individual development. He has a proven track record in delivering leadership programmes to coaches, managers and teams in many Olympic and professional sports and has held senior management positions in corporate organisations.

Previously Mark was a professional rugby player in the Guinness Premiership with Northampton Saints for seven years, and he has since been working extensively in the performance management world. This unique blend of sporting and commercial experience has enabled Mark to really understand the challenges and behavioural needs of corporate and elite sporting environments.

In building up this extensive experience over the years, Mark has been able to effectively transfer his skills into the personal development and team building areas of the commercial sector, ranging from small businesses and teams through to supporting the wider cultural changes of large corporations in the UK.

Taking these key leadership and team lessons from the highly pressurised world of elite sport, Mark has helped to evolve the leadership approach and sustainable behavioural change in numerous organisations.

Mark is now head of performance at the rapidly rising London Scottish RFC, specialising in one-to-one coaching and team performance programmes. He has worked with various commercial organisations from banking to construction and a wide range of professional sporting bodies. Past clients include: Cable & Wireless Worldwide, Lloyds TSB, HSBC, Kier, UK Sport, British Swimming, GB Athletics, GB Judo, GB Volleyball, GB Triathlon & England Netball, GB Curling, GB Sailing and GB Kayaking.
